Leighton Meester is an American actress, model and singer, songwriter and actor from the United States. Leighton Meester is best known as Blair Waldorf in the TV drama "Gossip Girl." The actress began her acting career in the midst of her childhood. Her first acting experience began at the age of a kid acting in local productions of "Wizard of Oz." Her interest in the industry increased. Commercials and modeling were the initial step. She's worked as a professional model for major companies like "Herbal Essences,"" "Vera Wang," "Jimmy Choo," and Ralph Lauren. The path to acting began when she had appearing in a role on the TV show 'Law and Order'.
